Twin Elli.

Twin Elli is an ocean-going Lagoon 450 S in the Sport Top version. She combines sailing together with space to relax, whether island hopping or making longer passages.

04 / SOLAR POWER ON BOARD

Solar power, less generator use

Solar panels contribute to our electricity supply. We aim to keep generator use to a minimum; how much it is needed depends on sunshine and consumption.

YOUR SPACE ON BOARD

Three guest cabins.
One skipper’s cabin.

Twin Elli has four main cabins. The starboard aft cabin is normally reserved for the skipper, as much of the yacht’s electrical equipment is located here. Guests use the two port cabins and the starboard forward cabin. Both forepeaks provide storage, for example for luggage.

In this top view, port is on the left and starboard on the right. The bow points upwards. Select a cabin to see its name.

Life on board

Booking a berth: As is usual on sailing yachts, you share your cabin with another guest. Solo travellers share with a person of the same gender. The remaining berth is therefore offered to another woman or man, as appropriate.

A cabin to yourself: Subject to availability, a guest cabin can also be booked for single occupancy. A supplement applies; we will provide a specific quote when you enquire.

Luggage: Please bring a foldable travel bag or duffel bag rather than a rigid suitcase. Soft luggage is easier to stow on board. You will receive further guidance before your trip.

CLEAR ANSWERS. MORE TO LOOK FORWARD TO.

Good to know.

Still have questions? We will be happy to discuss your trip with you personally.

Will I share my cabin with another guest?

If you book an individual berth, you share your guest cabin with another guest. Solo travellers share with a person of the same gender, and the second berth is offered accordingly. Subject to availability, a whole guest cabin can be booked for single occupancy at an additional charge.

What luggage should I bring?

Please bring a foldable travel bag or duffel bag rather than a rigid suitcase. The forepeaks are used for storage. Detailed guidance will be provided before your trip.

Do I need sailing experience?

When you enquire, let us know whether this will be your first sailing trip or whether you have experience. We will discuss which trip and participation requirements suit you.

Is the itinerary fixed?

The islands listed outline a possible itinerary. Stops and their order are agreed with guests and depend on the weather. Stops may be added or omitted.

How much does the trip cost and what is included?

Prices, availability, included services and any additional costs are provided on request, so you can review the details for your chosen dates before booking.

How do enquiries work?

Choose a trip and complete the enquiry form. Submit it directly on the website and you will see a confirmation. KMS Segelreisen will get back to you personally. An enquiry does not constitute a booking.

How should I plan my travel?

Departure and arrival locations are listed on each trip page. Please confirm your trip and availability with us before booking flights or other travel services.
