2. Website delivery and hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit, technically necessary connection and access data are processed. These include your IP address, access time, requested page or file, access status, amount of data transferred, and information supplied by your browser about the browser, operating system and, where applicable, referring page.
This processing enables website delivery and secure, reliable operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is providing and protecting the website. Hosting and technical service providers may process these data as part of delivering the service.
Connection data are required to deliver the website. Log data are retained only for as long as necessary for secure operation, troubleshooting and, where applicable, investigating misuse. Statutory retention obligations remain unaffected. Further information from the hosting provider is available at href="https://all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen" rel="noreferrer">all-inkl.com/datenschutzinformationen.
3. Cookies and external content
The contact form uses a technically necessary session cookie to protect against abusive enquiries. It expires when the browser session ends. The website uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts, maps, videos and images from external platforms are not embedded; the image files and stylesheets are hosted on our own webspace. There are therefore currently no optional cookie settings.
4. Contact by email or phone
If you contact us, we process the contact details you provide, the content of your message and any further information you voluntarily supply to handle your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a contract or preparations for one; in other cases it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on our interest in answering enquiries. Contacting us is voluntary.
Communication data are deleted once your request has been fully addressed and there is no further reason for retention. Where statutory retention obligations apply or information is needed to protect legal claims, it is retained for the required period. The email providers involved participate in transmitting email communications.
Contact form
When you submit the form, your name, email address, selected trip, number of guests, sailing experience and message are processed on our server and emailed to KMS Segelreisen (Wolf Knipfer, toerns@segelwolf.com). The email also includes this website as the source and an enquiry reference. These details are used to identify and answer your enquiry. Submitting the form does not make a binding booking. No separate database of form entries is created; the message is processed as part of email correspondence. The legal bases and retention information above apply.
To protect against automated or repeated enquiries, we process a session token and temporary hashed IP identifiers with an enquiry counter. Counters expire after no more than one hour and are removed during subsequent requests. Message contents are not stored in them. This serves our legitimate interest in secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
5. Links to other websites
Where links to external websites are provided, the privacy notices of those websites apply. When you click a link, the destination processes the technical data generated there in accordance with its own privacy notice. Simply displaying the links does not load content from those websites.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
Right to object: You may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then stop processing the data unless legally permitted grounds for continuing apply.
To exercise your rights, contact us using the contact details above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work, or where the suspected infringement occurred. In Schleswig-Holstein, this is the Independent Centre for Data Protection Schleswig-Holstein (Unabhängiges Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein).
7. Further information
This website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling. This website does not deliberately initiate transfers of data to third countries. Technically necessary access data are required to deliver the website; without this processing, the page cannot be accessed.
